Guided by the existing landscape, the masterplan creates a low-density residential enclave where privacy, connectivity and resort-style living are carefully balanced. Bungalows are positioned to maximise lake views, natural ventilation and generous green spaces, allowing the landscape to shape both the neighbourhood and the experience of home.

Shaped by the natural contours of Ukay Perdana, the masterplan is organised around a series of cascading ponds that flow towards the clubhouse, establishing a strong landscape spine and social focus for the development. Modern zero-lot bungalows are carefully arranged to frame this central landscape, allowing water, greenery and architecture to shape the identity of the neighbourhood.

Positioned along the Putrajaya promenade, the masterplan uses the surrounding landscape to organise different living experiences. Semi-detached homes are oriented towards the waterways, while link houses overlook a central landscaped park, creating a neighbourhood where architecture and nature remain closely connected.
The masterplan transforms Pulau Indah into a waterfront city where industry, ecology and urban life are planned to grow together. Guided by its 12.7-kilometre coastline, development responds to the natural landscape through restored mangroves, connected waterways and climate-responsive planning, while residential, commercial and institutional precincts support a resilient maritime economy rooted in sustainability.

Envisioned around a central pedestrian-friendly park with an integrated water body, the masterplan creates a safe, interactive and vehicular-free environment that encourages community life while enhancing ecological balance. Residential clusters are supported by 'Halfway Homes' providing childcare, nurseries, laundries and neighbourhood services to better support working famillies. Commercial hubs, office towers and shopping arcades strengthen the township's economic viability while serving both residents and surrounding communities, creating a resilient neighbourhood where community, ecology and economic activity are planned as one integrated system.

Permeability shapes the University of Malaya Masterplan, creating a highly connected campus where learning, culture, recreation and daily life are organised around the Central Campus District overlooking the lake. A network of pedestrian and cycling routes, supported by hybrid shuttle services, links academic, residential and heritage precincts while reinforcing sustainability, accessibility and the university's long-term identity.

Composed around a central landscape axis, the masterplan separates people from vehicles to create a safer and more connected residential environment. Double-frontage bungalows and semi-detached homes are linked by a continuous rear green corridor, allowing residents to move through the neighbourhood on foot while strengthening privacy, community interaction and everyday access to nature.
