We were commissioned to provide a solution to the traffic problems by solving carpark ussies, upgrading pavements to include street furniture and generally uplifting the character and façade of the area with fresh paint on the façade, murals that depicts the tin-mining heritage on the bare walls and landscaping

PUSAT KREATIF KANAK-KANAK TUANKU BAINUN

A creative development center for children the sits on a sloping site in TTDI.  The complex is made up of 5 different buildings linked by walkways with pockets of landscape in between. Each building have a distinctive façade yet they harmonize.

WISMA TANI

The layout of Wisma Tani is based on a Malaccan shophouse with two courtyards developed in a heritage style with Malaccan steps, screens with filigree motifs, louvres that reflect timber shutters, pergolas, and "tempayan”-shaped enclosures. The landscape acknowledges biodiversity and hydroculture with a stream that runs through the first courtyard and cascades down to a waterfall into a Koi Pond in the second courtyard. The Malaysian Ministry of Agriculture landmark building perched near a river estuary offered endless possibilities to incorporate elements of biodiversity anchored within a heritage concept.

Location     : KL-Klang along the Federal Highway

Value         : RM 150 million

A state-of-the-art proposal for 3 Bus Rapid Transit hubs and 22 stations along the Federal Highway KL-Klang stretch.
