Commissioned to revitalise Pekan Sungai Besi, the proposal addresses traffic congestion, parking and the quality of the public realm through a coordinated streetscape strategy. Upgraded pavements, integrated street furniture and strategic landscaping create a more comfortable pedestrian environment, while façade enhancements and heritage-inspired tin mining murals reinforce the area's identity and strengthen its sense of place.

Drawing inspiration from the traditional Malaccan shophouse, Wisma Tani reinterprets familiar heritage elements within the headquarters of Malaysia's Ministry of Agriculture. Two landscaped courtyards organise the building around water, biodiversity and natural ventilation, while Malaccan steps, filigree screens, timber-inspired louvres and pergolas reinforce its architectural identity. A stream flows through the first courtyard before cascading into a koi pond, strengthening the relationship between architecture, landscape and the ministry's agricultural mission.

Two proposed schemes for the new MBDK Headquarters offer distinct urban visions. The Bandar Bukit Raja scheme presents a contemporary civic landmark incorporating Bunga Melur and Songket motifs, complemented by public plazas, sports facilities, and green community spaces. Meanwhile,the Bandar Klang proposal honors local heritage, linking historic sites with architecture inspired by the MBDK shield, crescent, and star.

Existing highway laybys are reimagined as SME Hubs, bringing together local food, retail, prayer and rest facilities around a clear central court. A simple, repeatable layout makes movement intuitive, while extensive planting creates cooler, more comfortable spaces for travellers to pause and recharge. The façade's pixelated Kelarai Bunga Durian screen provides sun-shading while translating a traditional Malay weaving pattern into a contemporary architectural identity.
IPK PERAK

The proposed IPK Perak is conceived as an integrated headquarters complex, where administration, support facilities and staff quarters are organised around a network of landscaped gardens and water. The green spaces create views between building volumes, while the water landscape also serves as an OSD. North–South orientation, generous openings and solar shading bring daylight and ventilation into the buildings while moderating the tropical heat.

Inspired by the Five Principles of the Rukun Negara, The Allegiance Tower brings together residential, commercial and civic functions within a sustainable mixed-use development in Kampong Bharu. Generous landscaping, water features and photovoltaic sun-shading devices shape a comfortable public realm, while the development reflects Malaysia's cultural identity, diversity and aspirations for a sustainable future.

Developed as a unified network, the KL–Klang BRT stations adopt a modern tropical architectural language that prioritises passenger comfort in Malaysia's climate. Deep overhangs, louvred shading and naturally ventilated spaces reduce heat gain, while lightweight steel structures, solar panels and rainwater harvesting improve environmental performance. From major transport hubs to neighbourhood stations, the design provides a consistent identity while supporting accessibility, connectivity and everyday public life.
SELANGOR HALAL HUB
Description : Selangor Halal Hub Operational Building

Envisioned as a civic landmark for the Selangor Halal Hub and Majlis Bandaraya Diraja Klang, the proposal expresses the values of the halal industry through a clear and restrained architectural language. A pure white cube rises above a landscaped mound, while a hanging garden occupies its centre, symbolically referencing the halal ritual process
while bringing daylight and nature into the heart of the building. Carefully planned internal spaces separate the functions of both organisations, ensuring comfort, security and operational efficiency.
TAMAN BURUNG SEREMBAN

Designed to immerse visitors within a natural bird habitat, the bird park is organised around three landscaped open aviaries connected by a 10-metre-high canopy walk that offers a unique perspective through the treetops. The main building adopts glulam timber construction, reinforcing the park's relationship with nature through a sustainable and tactile architectural language.

The proposal reconnects Dewan Tunku Chanselor, Bangunan Canseleri, Dataran and the spaces between them by resolving traffic conflicts and level differences. A three-storey parking podium with 720 bays bridges the levels, while reconfigured drop-offs, pedestrian routes, an upgraded piazza and a green-roofed F&B space create a more coherent and walkable campus setting.
